About FormJig
FormJig makes free tools for one job: getting a photo or signature into the size an online form asks for, so the file matches what the form asks for. You set the KB range, pixels or cm from your form, and the tool shows the exact result before you download it.
Everything runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded, and you don't need an account.
How we handle form rules
Where a page names an exam, its numbers come from that exam's own notice. The page links the notice, gives its date and the date we read it, and shows it openly when a notice contradicts itself. We re-read each notice at least once a year. Rules change between exams and years, so always check the instructions in your own form.
FormJig is independent. It is not affiliated with SSC, NTA or any government body. Always check your own form’s instructions.
The tools
- Resize image to KB: Any range: 20, 50, 100 or 200 KB
- Compress image to 50 KB: Under 50 KB, or a range like 20–50 KB
- Resize image to 20 KB: Under 20 KB, or 10–20 KB
- Compress image to 100 KB: Under 100 KB, or 50–100 KB
- Compress image to 200 KB: Under 200 KB, or 100–200 KB
- Increase image size in KB: When the form says your file is too small
- Signature resizer: Clean white background, any size in cm
- SSC signature: 10–20 KB: 10–20 KB, 6.0 × 2.0 cm, with the notice source
